Predict profit with more confidence
Schedule a callEvery company today knows the importance of using AI and Automation in their businesses, but leaders need feedback on their plans. Are we pursuing an AI project that will actually generate returns on our investment? Are we solving the right problems, and do we have the capabilities and resources in-house to execute on our plan?
To help companies answer these questions, Briq has developed an assessment program that guides companies through their AI journey. Whether you have ongoing initiatives or are starting from scratch, Briq's LEARN assessment will allow you to better understand your business objectives, strategic motivations, benchmark your AI capabilities, and provide short and long-term recommendations tailored to your needs.
The LEARN framework is simple in its approach, but comprehensive in its scope.
L.E.A.R.N. Framework
L – Listen
- What & Why: First, we talk to the people on the ground. Interviews, shadowing sessions, and data gathering—whatever it takes to spot their biggest pains and understand how they’re currently getting things done.
- Goal: Pinpoint high‑value areas for automation, confirm our assumptions, and lock onto the workflows that matter most.
E – Evaluate
- What & Why: Next, we sift through what we learned and figure out where automation will give us the biggest bang for our buck. Think about complexity, impact, and what’s realistically doable.
- Goal: Prioritize the workflows that’ll generate quick wins and align best with your strategic goals.
A – Automate
- What & Why: Time to actually build the pilot version. Start with an MVP approach and focus on one or two top-priority workflows to automate first.
- Goal: Validate our ideas in a real‑world setting, get some quick results, and learn where we need to tweak or pivot.
R – Refine
- What & Why: Once the pilot’s up and running, it’s all about iteration. Gather feedback, check usage data, and tune processes for better performance and user satisfaction.
- Goal: Keep improving in short cycles so we can confidently expand our solution to more users and more complex workflows.
N – Nurture
- What & Why: Finally, we look at broader adoption—rolling Autopilot out to other teams, departments, and eventually other industries. Make sure everything’s well‑documented and everyone has the training they need.
- Goal: Turn Autopilot into a foundational part of the organization’s day-to-day, empowering teams to work smarter at scale.
Using the LEARN approach, you will come away with a clear picture of the technology stack, data management practices, and workflows that are most important to your business. You will also come away with a clear, actionable scope of work that can be implemented.
