Santa Barbara, CA -- Construction financial platform Briq was ranked by Business Insider as #4 on their list of the 31 Hottest Proptech Startups of 2021. The rapidly-growing startup, which provides the first financial forecasting and decision-making software of its kind to the construction industry, has raised north of $16,000,000 and has become the leading contender in the space.

The Business Insider list was developed based on input from top venture capitalists and journalists in fintech and proptech. It was noted that Briq’s annual revenue grew more than 1,000% in the prior year. The nation’s largest builders and infrastructure firms as well as mom-and-pop construction shops are flocking to the software as housing construction booms during the pandemic. The trend is poised to continue as US infrastructure takes precedence under the Biden-Harris Administration.
